Janelle Draper
Janelle Draper is a bi-coastal comedian, actress, and writer. She’s been described as unapologetic, uncensored and unladylike. She started doing stand-up in LA when she was an NBC Page working on “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno.”
Recently she was named runner-up of the Boston Comedy Festival, Winner of the 2021 Burbank Comedy Festival, and was picked to showcase in the “Kenan Thompson Presents” series.
She performs all over the country and opens for a plethora of national headliners including Jay Leno, Jeffrey Ross, Mark Normand, Jessica Kirson, and many more. Janelle is a regular commentator on iHeart Radio and SiriusXM Raw Dog Comedy and you can watch her stand-up on “That’s Funny” on IFC.com and Audible.
Additionally, she hosts a regularly sold-out show called “Twisted Sistas” at The Stand Comedy Club in New York City with her sister Ash.
She is originally from Boston, but only has an accent when drinking Chaaah-dawn-nay.
