Tim Kazurinsky
Tim Kazurinsky was a reporter and an ad man before joining Chicago's Second City Theatre. After a stint as a cast member/writer at NBC’s “Saturday Night Live,” Tim returned home to Chicago to co-write such screenplays as “My Bodyguard,” “About Last Night…,” “The Cherokee Kid” and “For Keeps.”
He was nominated for a W.G.A. Award and a BAFTA for his screenplay for “Strange Relations,” starring Paul Reiser, Julie Walters and George Wendt.
Movie appearances include “Neighbors,” “Somewhere in Time,” “Shakes the Clown” and three “Police Academy” films. TV guest spots include “Curb Your Enthusiasm,” “Married With Children,” and “Chicago Med”. Broadway roles include “An Act of God” with Jim Parsons and the First National Tour of “Wicked” as the Wizard of Oz. (It’s good to be King. But better to be Wizard.)
